Yoga for Everyone

Darren Ann Shartle , M.Ed., RYT 200, is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach with a Master’s Degree in Adult Education.  She enjoys incorporating all  elements of her wellness training in classes.

At FitLife Partners, Yoga Classes and Personal Training Sessions are designed to meet students “where they are.”  Classes provide a challenging, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all.

Classes include carefully orchestrated movements and well-measured stretches, including range of motion and balance exercises.  Postures / Workouts may be introduced in gradual steps, with time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.
